By now I’m sure you’re all aware that lilyandmarshallselltheirstuff.com is a real site set up by the show to benefit LA Children’s Hospital - the auctions run for another ten days, so bid soon and you, like Ted, could attempt to pull off a pair of red cowboy boots.
As for guyforceshiswifetodressinagarbagebagforthenextthreeyears.com, Rorgg at TWoP has posted a near-complete translation of the song playing on the site. [FYI, the French-speaking voice is Carter Bays, and the photos are of two people who work on HIMYM.] You can download the song here.
CBS had a typical Monday with its combination of The Big Bang Theory (Viewers: #3, 7.88 million; A18-49: #3, 2.9/ 9), How I Met Your Mother (Viewers: #3, 9.02 million; A18-49: #2, 3.8/10), Two and a Half Men (Viewers: #3, 13.70 million; A18-49: #2, 5.0/12), Rules of Engagement (Viewers: #3, 10.72 million; A18-49: #2, 4.1/10) and CSI: Miami (Viewers: #1, 13.66 million; A18-49: #1, 4.0/10). Worth noting was the 31 percent growth in the demo for How I Met Your Mother out of The Big Bang Theory. Maybe [Stella's receptionist Abby] should sign-on as a regular!
Also, it’s not official until CBS announces it tomorrow at the upfronts, but everyone’spretty muchgiven up pretending that there’s even a chance the show won’t be back next year.
While you’re refreshing lilyandmarshallselltheirstuff.com and waiting until it’s not overloaded, here’s a list of what you’ll find there [auctions ends May 27]:

Three times may be the charm for [Stella's receptionist Abby] and “How I Met Your Mother.”
With [Abby] making her second guest appearance on the abruptly popular CBS comedy, the show’s co-creator Craig Thomas tells THR.com that Monday’s episode was written to leave the door open for the pop singer to make a return appearance next season.
“She was better than the first time and I think the fans will enjoy it because her return answers a larger mystery set up earlier in the series,” Thomas said. “So there’s a good plot reason why she’s there. And when people watch [Abby's] second appearance on the show they’ll see that the door is still open for her to come back.”
[Abby's] first visit resulted in “Mother” hitting its highest rating ever. The show has since maintained an elevated audience level compared to last year. Once considered on the bubble for a fall renewal, the critically acclaimed comedy is now considered a lock to return next season.
Well, that quote pretty much confirms what’s implied in the ET Online clip.
Watch With Kristin posted some more videos from the next episode.
This one’s an extra ten seconds on the end of the previously released clip:
And from the episode’s A-plot (”As their expenses continue to mount, Marshall and Lily decide to sell some of their possessions online,” according to CBS), we’ve got the creation of lilyandmarshallselltheirstuff.com, which redirects to a charity auction that should start after the episode airs.
Guyforceshiswifetodressinagarbagebagforthenextthreeyears.com doesn’t lead to anything, but has already been purchased by 20th Century Fox, for those of you who were about to try it.
