Doctor Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog finally has a release date! Joss Whedon announced it on Whedonesque today – it’s a bit elaborate, but here goes:
The musical has three acts, which will be posted separately at drhorrible.com over the course of a few days. Act One goes up on July 15, Act Two on July 17, and Act Three on July 19. The segments will be available to view for free until midnight on July 20. Soon after the free viewing is discontinued, though, a paid download will be available. Eventually, there’ll be a DVD, and hopefully some other stuff.
