I hate myself for posting this – I have deleted email after email from Google Alerts about the ongoing speculation over whether Stella’s receptionist Abby would reprise her role, become a regular, become the mother (honestly, I kind of hate Carter Bays for saying “We always said, ‘You know, if her character pops, we’ll bring her back,’” because no matter how tactful it was, it did nothing but fuel the rumors) – but People is reporting that she’s coming back. It’s not so convincing that I believe it, but it’s People, not omgbritney.com, it’s close enough that I figured I’d post it and let you all decide for yourselves.
So, which is it – truth, or a desperate attempt to revive the almost-dead Abby/HIMYM news frenzy?
